•    DPL facing serious service reductions – http://www.denverlibrary.org/news/dplnews/budget_survey.html - I’m not sure how long the survey will be up, but they are either going to close and sell 7 branches or close 248 hours to be open 732 hours/week system-wide. (2002=1087 hrs/wk)

•    Rangeview is opening 4 new libraries!! FINE free! And got rid of Dewey now BISAC – Book industry standards and communications – adapted and calling it WORDThink - Experience place not a research place

•    ALD & JeffCO have Weeding Lists

•    ALD sells discarded material through B-Logistics

•    ALD big book sale in September but also did a multi-site Paperback-apalooza and made several grand
